It has come to our attention that a malicious email is going around that
asks you to reply to the email and include your password, or your email
account will be removed from our database.

This email is a scam, and you should delete the email immediately.

If you have replied to this email, please contact our office so that we
can work with you to change your password.

We will never ask you for personal or sensitive information via email. If
you are ever in doubt about a request for information from us, please call
our office and verify that the request is legitimate.
